Botanical Market is a marketplace. Each shop packs and ships its own plants. Shipping methods, fees, dispatch time, pickup and guarantees follow the shop's own "Shipping & after-sales" details.

Carriers right now

We currently offer 7-ELEVEN store-to-store delivery (pay on pickup is not available). Each shop sets its own fee, and checkout shows the fee for that shop. More carriers will be added.

After your plants arrive

Damage, guarantees and claims follow each shop's own details. If you have any questions, leave a message for the shop in your quote request or order.
